Not Receiving Email - MX or DNS Problem?

Maybe using hydroseis.com was not a good idea since I assume the DNS has 
not yet updated the records yet. So I used a virtual domain, 
deltasoft.com.my, which is also hosted on the same machine. I created user 
halid at deltasoft.com.my, login to sqwebmail to make sure the account is 
active and sent out email to myself. I received both emails.

Next I tried to send an email to halid at deltasoft.com.my and the same error 
occurs. This is really frustrating as I work hard to make everything else 
works fine (I had problems with the DNS, which was not answering nslookup 
queries as well as httpd problems, which I managed to solve)

Could it be the DNS configuration file thats causing this? Here's the full 
returned email message as well as the DNS conf files:-
