DNS Questions

Hi all,
         I know this might be off-topic but I really need some help.

I have a RH7.0 machine and I am allocated 7 IPs ( 66-72). I also have 2 NIC 
cards on my machine. My questions are :-

a)	Can I run 2 DNS on a single machine?
b)	I want to assign 66 as my primary DNS and 67 as a secondary DNS. Is this 
possible?
c)	Can I assign 66 to the 1st NIC and 67 to the other NIC as well?
d)	Anyone have links to Binds for Newbies or Idiots?
