What % is bind?

After thinking about it for more than 10 seconds I think it means that.

95% of all internet zones are hosted on some kind of BIND server.
I suspect that people who host a hell of a lot of zones use bind so this
doesn't neccessary mean that 95% of servers that host zones are BIND
servers. It may be a bit more even just that the ones that do use bind
host more zones.
