FW: Authoritative answer "no data" 50% of the time

Here is a copy of the smtp NDR (Non delivery Report).  It basically gives the DNS error reported In the NDR  "host unknown" and "no Data".  This is an address I made up.  Also included is the NDR we get when DNS is working, We get this because I made up the address and it says "unknown recipient" which is exactly what I expect to get when its working correctly.
