Reverse lookups

If you own the whole 216.206.184/24 netblock, this setup is correct. The
only thing you'd need to do is get your provider (Qwest?) to delegate
that zone to your nameservers.

If you own something less than the whole 216.206.184/24 netblock, you
need to talk to your provider about how best to do the delegation. They
may prefer to delegate each address as a separate zone (so you'd have a
zone for 40.184.206.216.in-addr.arpa), or they may want to go the
RFC 2317 route...
