Thanks for your response. I did not have the allow-update in the master's
reverse zone definition so I added it and it worked.

Well, all of the authoritative nameservers for the reverse zone are
rejecting your update request. What's in the log on the master? Do you
have the appropriate allow-update clause in the master's reverse-zone
definition to permit this update from this particular client?
