[CONFIGURATION] Different in function that the user is local or not

hi,

I have a DNS server connected behind a router xDSL, This DNS Server used by
local user and external user (from internet).

I would want that the answer of the DNS server are different in function
that the user is local or not.

Example:
> > request since the local area network (192.168.0.x) for www.exemple.com
difference of the DNS server : 192.168.0.201
> > request since the network internet ( x.x.x.x ) for www.exemple.com
Answer of the DNS server: 213.56.243.118
