Problems resolving prodigy.net.mx

Hi.

i have this problem, i can resolv the domain for
prodigy.net.mx
but i can't deliver e-mail to that domain.
when i try to connect to the port 25 from that server
i get this answer:

Router#telnet mailhost.prodigy.net.mx 25
