bind-8.2.4 compile problem with REPORT_ERRORS enabled

I'm not sure if this should go to the namedroppers list, or if there is
some other bug submission place, but here it is:

In bind-8.2.4, the lib/dst package fails to compile if REPORT_ERRORS is
defined in dst/dst_internal.h.  Undefined variables and undefined
struct fields are referenced (inside EREPORT calls) in dst_api.c and
prandom.c.

(target architecture is linux 2.2.14, redhat 6.1.1.)
