a subdomain handled by different NS

hi all,
how would you go about setting up subdomain.mydomain.org to be handled
by ns.subdomain.mydomain.org while mydomain.org is handled by
ns.mydomain.org? ns.mydomain.org and ns.subdomain.mydomain.org are
separate machines.
