Take a look at line 26 of the file 243.182.207.in-addr.arpa.rev.  It looks
like
the record on that line is an NS record that begins with 94.comsvr.com,
which
isn't a domain name in the 243.182.207.in-addr.arpa zone.  The only NS
records
in that zone data file should refer to 243.182.207.in-addr.arpa or it
subdomains.
