	I haven't been able to find any good definitions of this term, or 
how it works.  Other vendors call it by other names.  For example 
(from <http://www.radware.com/content/press/articles/balact.htm>, 
with quotes added for emphasis):

		Alteon calls it "direct-server return", Foundry calls
		it "direct cache-server return" and RadWare calls it
		"triangulation".

	As soon as I can find a web page that describes how this works, 
I'll post the URL here.
