directing FQDN to 2 IPs

I maintain two web servers, one remotely co-located and one in-house.
The in-house machine mirrors the remote one.

I want my in-house users to be given the IP of my in-house machine
when querying www.mydomain.com, and outside world DNS queries
to be given the IP address of the remote server when querying the same
FQDN. (It's actually www.qcislands.net )

Can named do this? Where should I look in the O'Reilly book for this?
I can't find anything which sounds like what I'm looking for.

squid isn't what I'm looking for, as my in-house server acts as a live
back-up for the remote server.

TIA
