Migrate Secondary Server

Hi,

I have a need to migrate my secondary server to a new
ip address.I have actually got another secondary
server besides the the one I am going to migrate.
May I know what are the issues i need to take care of
except informing the registar? Sorry, I am a newbie,
and really needs some guidance. 
I am running on bind 8.
