Newbie question

[Postmaster Citynet S.A.]

I´m upgrading to BIND 8.2.4 from version 4.9.7 under Windows NT. This
machine runs a secondary DNS.
It seems to me that the configuration is right, but I cannot get the DNS to
work. The zone files are copied from the master DNS, but I´m getting the
following error in the log file:

not listening on any interfaces

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
