Does exist .... ?

I finally got all the primary and secondary dns server up and running ...

now the last final question 

Does exist something so that

a: someone con insert the new domains in the primary (with some syntax checking)
    via web or telnet
b: something automatically take the new zones add to a copy of secondary
     named.conf and send it to the secondary 


I cannot believe it doesn't exist !!!!

	Am I right ??
