Something I don't understand...

Well, 210.94.54.70 seems to be OK, but 210.94.54.71 seems to be having
major problems resolving anything in happycounsel.com -- it returns nothing
but SERVFAIL. The reason that queries to *both* delegated nameservers
appeared to fail is because NSLOOKUP SUCKS. If you were using "dig" you
wouldn't have encountered any problem with the query to 210.94.54.70. Look
at recent posts to learn why (suggested search term: nslookup sucks).
