bind on aix

I have been compiling bind 8.2.-p5, 8.2.2-p7 and this morning
8.2.3 on aix 4.3.3. There is no problem.

I used gcc instead of cc and mentioned it in "src/port/aix4/Makefile.set"
I used GNU's make for "make depend"
I used GNU's make for "make all"
I used GNU's make for "make install"

We're using:
# gcc -v
Reading specs from
/usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/powerpc-ibm-aix4.3.1.0/2.95.2/specs
gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)
