named quits resolving certain domains

The TTL of the cached entry runs out, and then it has to go to the
nameservers again, and this time it's likely to hit one of the bad servers.

P.S. Is it really necessary to cascade so many quotes in your responses?
Doesn't your newsreader allow you to edit the quotes?
