It looks like they're in the process of moving their DNS:

It seems like the zone was removed from the old server prematurely, as it
takes a day for a WHOIS change to propagate to the GTLD servers, and a
couple more days for the TTLs of the old records to expire.

Somehow, though, the new NS records managed to get into my local DNS
server's cache:
