         If you're running on an NT box, upgrade to 8.2.3-T9B at the very least.
   There are a lot of bugs in the NT version of 8.2.2-Px.  Are you sure that
   the cisco router is recognizing the IP address of the box you are using to
   permit port 53 udp and tcp?
