dynamic update error

Something is sending dynamic update requests to a slave server. It is
supposed to forward these to the zone's master server for processing.
However the slave doesn't implement update forwarding and therefore
returns an error code of NOTIMP. Get the client to send its updates to
the master server instead of the slave. [Maybe the zone's SOA record
MNAME field is broken?] BIND does not implement update forwarding,
though I believe this is planned for a future BIND9 release.
