SMTP on port other than 25 through DNS???

So what you're saying basically : There is no such law, it was only
proposed.

I'll see if I can find the text of the proposition, time that Dutch
politicians also pass a law like this one..
Unfortunately, they think spam is good for the economy, but that isn't
weard since some politicians don't even know how a mouse works.
