	This should have worked.

	I suspect that this is a timing issue in that the old MX
	RRset had not expired.  You did not say how long ago you made
	the change.

	Another thing it could be is that your new ISP is blocking
	incoming connections to port 25 or even that your new address
	is not being announced correctly.
