The domains discussed here (www.theycomeoutatnight.com and www.monty.de)
have at least two levels of gluelessness. BIND's ``no query restart''
bug turns two levels into a disaster.

dnscache doesn't have the ``no query restart'' bug; it tolerates several
levels of gluelessness. It will find these domains within a few seconds.
