BIND8-seconday DNS Problem on Redhat7.0

Hi evey one!!
Wish you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Here is my problem

I have Configured secondary DNS on Redhat 7.0 and i'm getting the message
when i type 'nslookup' command

*** Can't find server name for address 202.62.64.3: Non-existent host/domain

Default Server: ns1.cityonlines.com 
Address : 203.197.255.184

could any one help me out to work my seconday DNS.
