Line 13 is out of the zone.  It's defining a PTR record in the 112.229.114
domain, but the file is for the 229.112.216.in-addr.arpa domain.  Since the
origin is 229.112.216.in-addr.arpa, that line should be:

114 IN PTR mail.rm-cpa.com.
