nslookup

I'll explain the situation better here.

I have a primary server behind a firewall. This server is an external
DNS server
only. The server located in a DMZ has a physical address of 10.9.2.3
and a
translated address in the firewall. In the forward and reverse files I
put the
translated address. I do not have any IP listed in the named.conf file.
The
server appears to be working except for the nslookup done on itself. I
see requests
and answers going back and forth. If anyone has a similar setup I would
be very
interested to hear how you have it setup.

Thankx,
KS

What IP is you named listening on?
I had a similar problem once and I realized that my named was listening
on
an IP which was not in my resolv.conf.
Attach the relevant information in your named.conf if you can't find it
easily.
