It looks like you have a misconfigured name server that doesn't know
about the root zone. Does it have a hint zone{} statement for the root
zone? Or have you created your own root zone and not populated it
properly? If you want more help, provide the named.conf file and the
whatever file that server sees for the root zone. Don't edit these
files in any way. Make sure the list sees exactly what your name
server sees.
