OK. So I finally have BIND 8.2.3 compiled (despite the hop-scotch install
instructions) and ready to move into place on a half-dozen systems as I have
been instructed.  Now, as far-fetched as it may seem, I would like to read
the manpages.  But noooooo, I need a special package to do that and I am not
allowed to download anything here without an intricate dispensation.

So does anybody have copies of the man pages I could grab?
