Bind and Active Directory!

SRV is a DNS record type which Active Directory uses. There is nothing
special you have to configure for SRV; all versions of BIND already
support that record type.

For Dynamic Update, however, you *do* need to set up your
"allow-update" ACLs in named.conf, make sure that your DNS servers are
properly recorded in the NS records of each relevant zone, and that the
master for each relevant zone is identified in the MNAME field of the
zone's SOA RR. If all that is in place, and it's still not working, then
it's probably a configuration problem on the Win2K side.
