FW: version question

James just wanted to thank you and the rest for all of the responses, what I
finally ended up doing was taking the dig command that Joseph Yao gave and
running it on the server.

dig txt chaos version.bind @dolphin.mydomainname

it showed the version running as being 8.2.3 even tho named -v still shows
8.2.2-p7. Since I can show actual version with dig command its no longer a
huge priority. I will continue to work with the server to see if I can't get
the other to work properly. To any that asked about the version being in the
options part of my named.conf it wasn't listed there.
