You have some bad data and/or syntax in those zonefiles. It's impossible to
be more specific without knowing what's in those zonefiles.

You also didn't say what version of BIND you are running. Chances are, you
recently upgraded to BIND 8.2.3. If so, then quite likely the "could not find
NS or SOA records" error is caused by an improperly formatted SOA RR (perhaps
the opening parenthesis isn't on the first line of the RR). BIND 8.2.3 is
more strict about such things.
