BIND 8.2.3 on WIn2K

I am running a Win2K Advanced Server and trying to configure 
BIND 8.2.3 on it. The domain the server is running in is named 
"mandala-designs.com", and the IP of the BIND server in this 
domain is 140.186.81.3. In the event log I consistently get this error 
message: denied update from [140.186.81.3].2638 for "mandala-
designs.com" . Does anyone know what this means?  

I am not running the MS DNS server on this system.
