not authoritative on one server

Hi,

We have 2 NS, ds5000.technodat.co.at (8.2.3REL, Ultrix 4.3), 
gonzo.technodat.co.at (8.2.3REL, OSF 3.2C). They are also authoritative for 
the domain technodat.at.
Our Windows 2000 internal sub-domain td-2.technodat.at is delegated to 
s3132.td-2.technodat.at (10.81.3.132). This server is also master for the 
reverse 81.10.in-addr.arpa, both Unix servers are setup as his slaves.
The Ultrix bind has no problems, but the OSF fails. named.conf is 
identically on both systems.
