Transfering named.conf

Hi,
  I am curently running BIND 8.1.1 on a FreeBSD server. I have recently
built another server to migrate the old one over to. The new server is
running 9.1 on FreeBSD 4.2. I have written a script that will modify my zone
files to update the SOA as well as add a TTL. My question is what, if
anything, will need to be done to named.conf if I wanted to just copy it
over from old server to new?
