Bind 9.2 snapshot

The bind-9.2xxxxx snapshot that is on the ISC server appears to have some
issues.  I ran it after I posted my previous message that I was compiling
it, and it appears that it requires a $TTL directive per zone or it won't
load the zone.

Also, after running overnight it appeared to grind to a halt, resolving
hostnames very slowly, or not at all.

Compiling 9.1.1rc1 right now.  I'll let you know how it goes.

FYI: Solaris 2.7 on an E250, 512mb RAM.
