Denied updates

I'm sure this has been asked here before...

We are seeing:

Feb  7 16:34:31 dns named[178]: denied update from [64.20.xx.xx].2048 for 
"xx.xx.64.in-addr.arpa"

Which I believe is a Windows2K box on our dialup network.    We have some 
packet filters in that block the RFC net updates (that Windoze also 
does).  Is there a way to block this type of update further... the logs 
fill up amazingly with these.
