TTL errors

The migration notes state: "BIND 9 enforces strict compliance with the
RFC1035 and RFC2308 TTL rules." Have you read RFC2308? It's in doc/rfc
of the BIND9 distribution.

A simple example would be:

	$TTL 86400

at the top of the zone file. ie Unless an RR has an explicit TTL, it
will have a default TTL of 1 day: 86400 seconds.
