Problems compiling Bind 8.2.3 on Solaris 8

Oops, nevermind. I see on second glance that the gcc math.h is just a
wrapper for the Solaris math.h (/usr/include/math.h). I just checked one
of our Solaris 8 boxes and it has a /usr/include/math.h. No idea why yours
doesn't. But you can probably steal one from another Solaris 8 box if
necessary. By the way, /usr/include/math.h is part of the SUNWlibm
package. If you're missing math.h, you may be missing other include files
from that package also...
