bind 8.2.3 and sendmail

	There are two problems here.

	1. allco.com.au has a bad delegation.  The NS records in the
	parent don't match those in the child zone.  Not only does
	the IP addresses need to match but the names need to match.

	2. the servers are giving back bad answers (referals rather than
	a nodata answer) when queried for AAAA records.

	The first will cause intermittent problems.  The later will
	cause persistant failures if sendmail is IPv6 aware.

	I've Bcc the contact for allco.com.au.
