Servers not passing out DNS information for a specific domain

Well if you'd told us the name, someone could have checked it out for
you. Oh and 4.9.3 is *very* old and bug-ridden. It even has known
security holes. See www.isc.org or www.cert.org for details. You
should be running BIND8.2.3 or, better still, BIND9.1.
