bind 4.9.8 on HP-UX 10.20

Do not use hp-ux gcc depot file, you can compile gcc with ansi-c compiler,
maybe it will be workable.
But there is a big problem, gcc does not work with hp-ux 11-00, because

hppa*-hp-hpux11
GCC 2.95.2 does not support HP-UX 11, and it cannot generate 64-bit object
files. Current (as of late 2000) snapshots and GCC 3.0 do support HP-UX 11.

Consequently,

you must buy ansi-c compiler for hp-ux 11.

Or gcc!
