Bind 812 vs 822 and forwarders

Curious.  The zone forwarding was not even available in BIND 8.1.2.

Both server forwarding and zone forwarding worked for me in BIND
8.2.2-P5 and BIND 8.2.2-P7.  They are supposed to work in 8.2.3.
