.in-addr.arpa bad referrals

I assume that your MUA or news reader did some lousy word wrapping
there, otherwise you need to fix that. You have defined a zone
"128/25.50.120.216.in-addr.arpa" and delegated it to ns.bedinger.com,
and then delegated RFC 2317-style to a zone
"0/25.50.120.216.in-addr.arpa". How do you expect such a setup to
work?
You also might want to use $GENERATE to make life simpler:
$GENERATE 128-255 $ CNAME $.128/25
