Just run the BINDInstall program to install the kit after you unpack the 
zip file.
Answer the questions in the GUI (you can just accept all of the defaults and
just click on the "Install" button.

Then go to http://bind8nt.meiway.com/ for specifics on setting things up and go
out and buy the DNS and BIND book by Cricket Liu.
