(10.10.0.0 isn't any class B network... it's class A. Though it _may_
have a 16-bit netmask.)

The best way I can think of is to do something like this:

	ns1.lab. A 10.10.7.63
	ns2.lab. A 10.10.7.64
	$GENERATE 0-63 $.10.10.in-addr.arpa. NS ns1.lab.
	$GENERATE 0-63 $.10.10.in-addr.arpa. NS ns2.lab.

RFC 2317 delegation really is only an issue with subnets smaller than
a /24 (that is, they are impossible to delegate on an octet boundary).
For delegation of /24s or bigger subnets, the standard delegation
method is by far superior.

Remember the alias law: a CNAME can not point to a CNAME.
