problem with large zone xfers

	We have are having a problem with BIND 9.2.0 during large zone
xfers (15 MB). Whenever it is in process of fetching the zone, all
queries block. Is this normal?

	We had this problem with MAPs spam lists until we switched the
to the IXFR version. That solves that problem, but it still seems
unreasonable for it to block on large zones.

	Am I missing something about how BIND is supposed to work?

	(9.2.0 running on SunOS 5.8 x86 built with threads and openssl)
