Associate a .com domain to a country coded name server

So, use the host registration process to register the host, and THEN
register the domain via the domain registration process.  It feels a
bit odd to register ns.sneezy.org when grumpy.org has not been
registered yet; but it makes some sense.

Just remember to delete the host record if you ever delete the domain
record!
