incomplete Dynamic Updates from W2K?

Some of my dyamically updated reverse zones are  missing the IP number. I 
have things like this:
$ORIGIN 173.104.155.in-addr.arpa.
113     900     IN      PTR     W7811186.md.esss.northgrum.com.
114     900     IN      PTR     W7812458.md.esss.northgrum.com.
115     900     IN      PTR     W7810712.md.esss.northgrum.com.
        900     IN      PTR     W789087.md.esss.northgrum.com.
116     900     IN      PTR     W7812072.md.esss.northgrum.com.
117     900     IN      PTR     W7811459.md.esss.northgrum.com.

Machine  W789087 is supposed to have the IP of the line above it, 115.
This is BIND 8.3.0-T1 and the DHCP server is W2K. Has anybody seen ths 
before, and know what the cause is? Thanks. -pat
